Yippee!!! I figured it out!!! The girls are going to be so proud of me!!! So....today I made a delicious lasagna with Bechamel sauce instead of ricotta, and I have to say it is excellent!!! Dave is taking me out to supper in a while, cause I have been cooking all day!!! You would think that I would have cooked something for tonight!!!
In thirteen days I am going to Disney with a good friend, and expecting the have an absolute blast!! You might even hear our screams from the tower of terror all the way in Maine!!! Love, love, love that ride!!!
Now to post this and see if I really am as smart as I hope I am!!!
